The objective of Forestay Fund of Real Estate Investment Funds is to carry out domestic real estate investments as a co-investor alongside the Forestay Group management and the resources provided by MFB Invest Zrt. under the Housing Capital Programme, thereby achieving stable returns for the parties that significantly exceed those of capital market investments.
The Forestay Group regards the portfolio as one of its flagship platforms for the coming years, and part of its current real estate projects is also financed through the Fund.
Our objective is to execute profitable projects in the domestic residential and accommodation markets, which may generate outstanding profits by leveraging existing market anomalies, such as Airbnb restrictions, low residential supply and other market factors.
