Forestay Fund Management is the first to offer an actual diversification tool on the Hungarian market. In contrast to most offices, logistics and other commercial units, rental apartment investment and within that student accommodation is one of the best diversification product, because the GDP correlation of these properties is significantly lower than that of other commercial properties.

In the proposed investment structures, investors obtain returns and exposure similar to direct real estate investments, but with lower risk due to the benefits provided by professional management.
