Experience

Bálint has been actively engaged in the development of residential properties since 2006, bringing nearly two decades of expertise to the field.

From 2014, he served as Real Estate Investment Manager at Tippin Corporation and concurrently held the role of International Expert at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2014 to 2018.

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Forestay Group of companies, he has been Chairman of the Board at Rigg Wealth Management Zrt. since 2011. His notable achievements include serving as Development Co-Manager for Dean's Home Budapest, one of Central Europe’s first and largest private student hotels with 418 rooms, as well as leading the project team for the Marriott Moxy Budapest Downtown Hotel.

He is also a board member of the CFA Society Hungary and an active member of RICS Society Hungary, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and industry standards.

Péter began his career in 2005 as a Portfolio Manager at Siemens Real Estate in Munich, where he gained significant expertise in property management and investment.

In 2007, he transitioned to the role of Development Manager at Tippin Corporation, overseeing key projects across Hungary, Germany, and Georgia.

As a member of Rigg Wealth Management Ltd. and Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Forestay Group of companies, he has played a pivotal role in several landmark developments. Notably, he serves as Development Co-Manager of Dean's Home Budapest, a 418-room property and one of the largest private student hotels in Central Europe, and leads the project team for the Marriott Moxy Budapest Downtown.
