Forestay Asset Management has shown continuous and sustainable growth in recent years, as a result of which the asset portfolio under management significantly exceeded the average of domestic real estate fund managers. The strategy based on rental housing and student accommodation portfolios has become particularly attractive to long-term institutional and private investors who are looking for predictable returns and low volatility.

The return on the portfolios managed by Forestay has consistently exceeded inflation and the performance of several traditional investment vehicles – such as government securities or money market funds.
