The objective of Forestay II. Real Estate mixed funds is to achieve stable returns exceeding those of capital market investments, primarily through securities issued by other collective investment schemes managed by the Fund Manager. The Fund mainly carries out domestic real estate investments related to the real estate development and operation activities of the Forestay Group.
The Forestay Group regards the portfolio as one of its flagship platforms for the coming years, and part of its current real estate projects is also financed through the Fund.
Our objective is to execute profitable projects in the domestic residential and accommodation markets, which may generate outstanding profits due to existing market anomalies. The majority of the Fund’s resources will be used for domestic real estate developments together with the Housing Capital Programme financed by MFB Invest Zrt.
