The Fund’s primary objective is to purchase the “Corner 6” office building located at 1065 Budapest, Nagymező utca 46–48 (cadastral number 29116), operate it, and then, following the tenants’ move-out, convert it into a lodging facility (dormitory, hotel).
In addition, the Fund may invest in other real estate properties intended to generate income or appreciate in value.
