The primary objective of the Fund is the development of residential buildings, rental apartments, student housing, and other energy-efficient properties belonging to various real estate market segments, or investments generating yield, in the area bordered by Galvani Street, Szerémi Road and Budafoki Road in 1117 Budapest.

The Fund’s further objective is to carry out developments and utilisation activities in other real estate market segments, including hotels, offices, energy-related assets, and other segments. These activities may include operation, conversion, repurposing and sale.
